Vertical 2-3
With Anna Thomas-Henry
This class is for our more advanced aerialists at the studio and combines learning skills and sequences on both silks and rope. Every class warms up with a focus on solid foundations and then moves into more challenging skills - whether that be for your aerial body or your vertical brain! We condition a little each class. Pre-Requisites: If you have passed the Silks 1 exit requirements you are ok to come to this class. It is a very mixed level group so the nature of the class depends on who shows up.
No Vertical 2-3 running for March or April 2026
Open Studio
Open studio is a time to train on your own. You can work on skills, drills and technique that you have already learned and are comfortable safely training on your own. It is a great time to have your peers join you in training but we ask that you do not teach new skills to people who do not have the vocabulary to safely execute a movement or wrap. There will be a host available to help with rigging. Must have aerial experience if you plan to be on equipment.
